Properties

Partners In Housing's philosophy is scattered site housing which enables the integration of our families into various communities within the city.

We own more than 70 housing units that spread from southern Colorado Springs in the Widefield community, up to the north side of the city to the vicinity of Briargate and in the eastern and western parts of the city as well.

Our newest property (shown below - top left) is our Partners Crossing townhomes located near Memorial Park. These are a few of the other properties we own.

Partners In Housing, in partnership with the Rocky Mountain Community Land Trust,  also operates the Colorado House and Resource Center facility located downtown at 21 S. Wahsatch Ave., 80903.

The Colorado House and Resource Center (Colorado House) serves clients including homeless families, childless couples and single individuals.

Colorado House is a 30-unit facility which includes a dining room where dinner is served daily for residents; Child Enrichment Center (CEC), family room and computer resource area for use by residents; and a life skills education room and conference room, both of which are available for use by non-profit organizations free of charge.
