
Partners In Housing owns or co-owns (with other local non-profits) 94 units of affordable housing in the City of Colorado Springs. Our affordable housing program provides rental housing to lower-income
working households at affordable rents. These units are income
restricted and rent restricted, meaning that the rent is capped at a
level considered to be affordable for a certain household income, and
families must earn a certain income level or below in order to qualify
to live in the housing. Partners In Housing has affordable units
restricted to household earning at or below 30%, 50% and 80% of
the Area Median Income (AMI).
