The Homeless Self-Sufficiency Program
PIH's primary mission is to help homeless families achieve self-sufficiency by providing our Homeless Self-Sufficiency program.  This program provides two years of transitional housing, case management, life skills training, budget counseling, and (if beneficial) therapy to help homeless households get back on their feet.

For more information, please see the
Homeless Program Eligibility and Application page.

The Affordable Housing Program
Our affordable housing program provides rental housing to lower-income households at affordable rents.  These units are income restricted and rent restricted, meaning that the rent is capped, and families must earn a certain income level or below in order to qualify for the housing. For more information, please select the Affordable Housing menu option.

The Housing Counseling Program

Notice of Discontinuation!  Due to funding cuts to homebuyers education by the federal government, PIH will no longer be able to offer our homebuyers workshops in 2012.

If you need to attend a first time homebuyers training, please call Tom Craddock at Consumer Credit Counseling Services at (719) 576-0909.
