Partners In Housing provides 70 units of transitional housing for homeless families, ranging from efficiency apartments to five bedroom homes.

PIH owns 40 "scattered-site" units - single family homes, townhomes, and apartments located throughout the Colorado Springs community. We are the only transitional housing agency in Colorado Springs that can accommodate large families. PIH owns housing scattered all across the City - by keeping most of these units anonymous, Partners families can blend into their neighborhoods.

PIH, in conjunction with the Rocky Mountain Community Land Trust, also owns and operates the Colorado House and Resource Center in downtown Colorado Springs. This property provides 30 efficiency and one-bedroom apartments for homeless individuals and families. To learn more about Colorado House, please visit their website.
