Partners In Housing owns or co-owns (with other local non-profits) 109 units of affordable housing in Colorado Springs.
Our affordable housing program provides rental housing to lower-income working households at affordable rents. These units are income restricted and rent restricted, meaning that the rent is capped and families must earn a certain income level or below in order to qualify to live in the housing.
Partners In Housing has affordable homes restricted to households earning at or below 30%, 50% and 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
